Short version: Resourceful does not collect personal information about students. You can use it without an account, and it never asks who you are.
To understand whether Resourceful is helping, we keep simple, anonymous tallies: how many questions are asked, on which days, and which resources get recommended most. These are just numbers. They are not connected to any individual and cannot identify anyone.
When you ask a question, it is sent to an AI service (Anthropic's Claude) to find the resources that fit, then the answer comes back to your screen. The question is used only to generate that answer in the moment. We do not save it or attach it to you.
Resourceful points you to official University of San Diego pages and services. Once you follow a link, you are on USD's own site, which has its own policies.
